The location was very convenient although a bit loud due to proximity to the train stations, and a general nearby nightlife, but I felt relatively safe outside nonetheless. The park across the street was beautiful in the daylight. The room itself was clean and tidy and had everything necessary for the night. The shower could even get pretty hot, which is hard to find these days!

I stayed here for one night whilst on a visit to my son who lives in London; then I caught the Eurostar to Paris the following morning. The location was excellent; Just a very short walk to St Pancras Station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They brought my luggage upstairs to my room for me. The room, although small, was very comfortable and clean.

Nice hotel in a great location, just a short stroll from King's Cross Station, it's comfortable, the guy on reception was friendly and helpful, clean, good shower, decent facilities, just what we wanted for an overnight stay after a show. It's appropriately priced, as long as you don't expect the Ritz for £130, you'll be satisfied

The shower was a little cramped, but the shower head was incredibly adjustable for such a small space. The location was perfect, with easy access to transport, laundromat and groceries.

This was my first stay in this hotel. It was OK, which is far better than some other hotels I have tried in London. The location is perfect,very close to the stations and the tube,but in a quiet street,from where it is nice to walk into Bloomsbury the back streets. As a single traveller I had booked a double room,because the single rooms looked too tight from the pictures. The double room I got was still very tight,but just enough space for one person. The staff were friendly and I was also able to leave my luggage there before checkin time, something many other hotels in the same price category in London do not offer. The room was clean and cool, due to its location in the lower ground floor. That was OK,since the temperatures at the time were very hot. The room service was fine, fresh towels every day.

My wife and I have stayed at the Argyle Square Hotel before and were more than happy to use it again this time. It is absolutely ideal for a quick overnight stay in London, being located so close to King's Cross and St Pancras, so giving easy access to trains and the underground, although it's a surprisingly short walk to Covent Garden and the West End too. We knew what to expect in terms of the facilities in our room and were not let down at all. Once again we had everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed. Our room was clean and tidy, and the hotel itself is located on a pretty quiet street. We had no issues with external noise at night or at a stupidly early hour of the morning either. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, too. We were able to leave our bags prior to checking in, and after checking out. We were always greeted politely, asked how we were and how our day had been, and we were made to feel very welcome throughout our stay. We will happily stay here again in the future.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice location close to King’s Cross St Pancras and Kings cross. Lots of stores and restaurants near the stations and property.

Fantastic location, across from a quiet park and a quick walk from King’s Cross. My room was smaller than expected, but had all the amenities including a renovated private bathroom. A comfortable bed with a soft mattress, not a cheap thin one. The staff were nice and available for late check-in.

I've been coming to Argyle Square Hotel for three years and it's always been an excellent experience. The staff are super friendly, and the rooms are very comfortable; clean and modern decor in a traditional terrace building looking out onto one of Bloomsbury's leafy squares. The location is ideal; 5 minutes from King's Cross. I wouldn't change it as my chosen London short stay option.

Room was spotless and fresh, bed was super comfy. Great location and good selection of restaurants in the very centre of London. Value for money is the best. No sure what some people expect but some reviews put me off at first but I was nicely surprised. Free bottles of water and fresh apples in the room, high standard customer service compared to usual London standards. Highly recommend
